INGREDIENTS:
Filling: Veal, water, onion, isolated soy protein, salt, carrot extract, hydrolyzed gelatin, seasonings (salt, flavors) garlic, spices.
Dough: Flour enriched bleached (wheat flour, niacin, benzoyl peroxide, reduced iron, ascorbic acid, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme, folic acid); dough conditioner (oat fiber, wheat flour, mono & diglycerites, corn flour, spices and coloring(turmeric & paprika), soy flour, natural & artificial flavors, salt, milled flax seed, calcium acid pyrophosphate, mono calcium phosphate, soy oil, enzymes, gums [dellulose, carrageenan, locust bean, sodium alginate, acacia], I-cysteine, ascorbic acid), water, eggs, soybean oil, salt.
May contain: Mustard, Rye, Barley.

Pelmeni Cooking Directions
Place frozen pelmeni into salted boiling water for 5 minutes until they float to the top and are well puffed. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain the water. Serve with your choice of toppings.
FOR SAFETY, MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F (74°C) AS MEASURED BY A THERMOMETER.
